Founder's Note

My name is Liz Lentino, founder of Lentino Lifts. Fitness has always been a core part of my life-from growing up playing multiple sports, with a strong focus on volleyball, to continuing my passion for movement, performance, and personal wellness beyond my athletic career. After finishing competitive sports, I knew I wanted to stay deeply involved in the fitness industry and help others build strength that carries into everyday life. I earned my bachelor's degree in exercise science from Endicott College, followed by my master's in sport and exercise data analytics from Lasell University. I am an NASM-certified personal trainer and a certified nutrition coach.

Helping Every Client Improve Performance

I’ve had the opportunity to coach individuals ranging from 8 to 92 years old, across a wide variety of backgrounds and goals. My experience spans sport, collegiate, functional, and clinical settings, but the mission has always remained the same: to help athletes and clients improve performance, feel confident in their bodies, and grow in ways that support daily life. My coaching philosophy is rooted in growing together as a team. I never ask someone to do something I haven’t done myself. Every program is built with intention, experience, and trust because progress is stronger when it’s shared. Here’s to meeting my newest teammate.
